Product Introduction
Limestone’s main component is calcium carbonate(CaCO₃)and its hardness is 3-4 in Mohs. Lime and limestone are usually used as building material and industrial raw material; Limestone can be processed into quicklime and supply for desulfurization in power plant. Limestone can also be directly processed as stone material or fired into quicklime(CaO). CaO will become hydrated lime whose main component is Ca(OH)₂when it absorbs water or meets water. Ca(OH)₂can be made into lime slurry and lime putty and be used as coating material and brick and tile adhesive.
Technical Process
After the crusher crushes massive raw material into the required feeding size, the material is transported to stock bin by bucket elevator. Then it is transported to grinding chamber by electro-vibrating feeder uniformly. When scarper knife and grinding roller turn at the same time, the material is shoveled and thrown into the position between the grinding roller and roll collars and forms badding layer. Then the material is grinded between the grinding roller and grinding ring, thus it achieves the purpose of milling.
After grinding, the powder is taken into the analyzed engine for powder selecting by fan. Then the fine powders which reach the fineness request follow airflow and enter into the big cyclone collector for separation and collection. After they are discharged from the unloader, they become finished powders. The airflow is sucked into air blower from the upper end of big cyclone collector. The unqualified powders are thrown into the outer wall of the analyzed engine and are separated from airflow. Coarse powders fall down into the grinding chamber because of gravity and regrind.

1.Compared with the traditional Raymond Grinder, the roller and ring of power plant desulfurization mill are designed in multilevel inverted trapezium, which reduces the material’s slip velocity between the roller and ring, and enhances the fineness and capacity of final products.
2.Desulfurization mill learns the merits of Raymond mill and connects the roller assembly by a rod and a horizontal spring, which will generate radial force. This will avoid damaging main shaft and the bearing when massive materials enter the grinding cavity, which improves the service life of the equipment.
