THP hydraulic cone crusher is a high-performance model which uses German high-end technology and combines with Chinese good metal material appearance. It is widely used for secondary and fine crushing in fields of mining, metallurgy, building, chemical, ceramic, highway and bridge construction, etc.

Movable cone of crusher swings by force of eccentric bushing which makes material between mantle and bowl liner squeezed and rolled. Material is crushed under strength from different directions, finally it would form stable stone shape. End product which meets the requirement would fall from swing gap, other material would be crushed again until it meets requirement. |

2.With hydraulic protection and hydraulic cavity cleaning, the machine is high-automatic . If something abnormal happens, such as iron is fed into the crushing cavity or there is a jam in the cavity, the machine will lift up the cover and discharge the materials automatically. This eliminates trouble of stopping machine to discharge material by workers, save time for stop and improve clearly the working efficiency.
3.It upgrades traditional cone crusher structure, applies for fixing main shaft, small spherical bearing, etc which improves clearly crushing efficiency. The combination of crushing stroke, crushing speed and upgraded crushing cavity increases hydraulic cone crushing capacity in a big way.
4.It is adjusted by hydraulic device and lubricated by diluted oil. Control the hydraulic lubrication by multipoint fission which makes its working performance quite stable and reliable, protects bearing lubrication from overloading and double protect.
