Putty is a common building material in the field of construction. In the construction of modern buildings, it is mainly used as filling materials or is used to paint walls. The main components of putty powder are calcium carbonate and other mixtures of starch glue and cellulose. It dissolves in water and forms slurry, which can be used in building whitening and decoration. The different proportion of raw materials can be used to produce inner wall putty and external wall putty. The production process of putty powder is mainly through the grinding of calcium carbonate to micropowder and mixing other substances. Technical process
After the calcium carbonate is crushed into small particles by crusher, it is sent into the stock bin by the elevator. Then, the material is uniformly sent to the loose plate on the upper part of the turntable by feeding machine and inclined guide pipe. When the mill is working, the grinding rolls rotate and roll in the loop. The material is dispersed to the surrounding area under centrifugal action and falls into the grinding cavity. It is stamped, rolled and ground by grinding roller in the ring road. With the high pressure fan continuously pumping the air inside the machine, the multi-layer pulverized material is brought into the powder concentrator and is screened by the high speed rotating impeller. Then, the unqualified material falls back to grind, and the qualified material goes into the cyclone collector with air flow. The dense dust particles fall, discharge from the bottom of the discharge valve and become finished products. The fine dust of the smaller density is brought into the dust collector with air flow and adhered to the surface of the filter bag. The pulse valve controls the high-pressure airflow, sprays from the inside of the filter bag instantly and the dust on it falls by the shaking of the filter bag. Materials collected in these two locations are sent out by the conveyor below for packaging.
Raw material storage equipment: It is used for storing raw materials in bulk in the production line of putty powder and it generally adopts tank design. The material is loaded by tank truck. The construction of the project only needs to add 2 small raw material tanks, which is used for storing small materials, such as gelatine, auxiliaries, etc.
Batching device: It consists of hopper measuring scale, feeding dragon, discharging device, micromaterial addition device and computer control system. It can automatically measure different raw materials according to the formula, reduce labor intensity and environmental pollution, and guarantee the product quality of putty powder.
Mixing machine: There are many kinds of mixing machine, such as double helix conical mixing machine, plough blade mixing machine, screw belt mixer, agravic mixer with twin-shaft,etc. The requirements for the putty powder mixing machine are: mixing evenly, no dead angle, high efficiency, wear-resistant equipment and quick unloading speed. In the putty powder production line, agravic mixing machine with twin-shaft and plough blade mixing machine are more applied among these mixing machine.
Packing machine: It includes open pocket and valve pocket. Valve bag packaging machine is more used in putty powder, because the valve pocket packaging is without seams, and one person can operate. But the packaging machine is not suitable for packing lightweight materials. And the cost of the bag is a bit high, but the packing speed is fast. The packing scale in open pocket can be packed with various materials, but it needs to be stitched after bagging. The cost of the bag is relatively low (the bag can be recycled), but the packaging speed is a little slower. Compared with the valve pocket packaging machine, this packing machine needs to increase one person.
Dust catcher: It is used to recover dust from dry mixed mortar production line and it benefits environmental protection. It is usually located at the top of the cement silo and the feeding port of the elevator. Recommended equipment: pulse dust collector
Conveyor and elevator: It is used for the material transmission of the stock bin in the production line. The conveying way includes horizontal and vertical transportation. For horizontal transportation, screw conveyor can be used. For vertical transportation, bucket elevator is commonly used.
