Notes on grinding machine utilization:1. grinding machine design need combine with user’s processing requirement to select proper grinding media, namely grinding roller and grinding ring, which can not only extend its service life but increase capacity. If the user want process other materials, the grinding machine should be installed with corresponding grinding roller and grinding ring. 2. when user changes finished product size (especially changing from low mesh to high mesh), the previous coarse powder adhering to separator, pipes, rotoclone collector and inside wall of finished product warehouse should be cleaned, otherwise, the finished products would mix with the coarse powders. And the cleaning method usually is first to clean the coarse powder in grinding cavity and remained materials in the blower box, then to set the separator at new required speed and turn the blower on maximally at the same time to start up the hopper wall vibrator for four hours; besides, proper hit on pipes, rotoclone collector and the outside wall of finished product warehouse should be done assistantly to remove the adhering remnant. Do not mind taking the trouble to do the above cleaning process, especially for ultra-fine powder production with strict limitation to coarse powders. 3. in order to keep the purity of grinding machine, the on and off sequence of every devices in the production line should be strictly executed. To ensure starting the separator on first and other devices on after reaching standard rotating speed (induced draft fan preventing smoking can be started firstly), and the sequence is opposite at downtime; the separator and induced draft fan should be shut down finally to prevent the inertia of blower blowing the coarse powder through the separator. −

C.Maintenance instruction for grinding machine blower + C.Maintenance instruction for grinding machine blower :1.to inspect the tightening condition of every parts and of locating pin; 2.to inspect if there is oil and water leakages inside the blower; 3.scaling, rusting and peeling inside the blower are not allowed; 4.to inspect the cooling condition of lubrication oil and the lubrication oil quality; to hear if there is noise during blower working; to inspect if the machine works under specified conditions; over loaded working of blower couldn’t be noticed immediately but its working condition can be determined through checking intake and exhaust pressure, bearing temperature and the trend of motor electricity; 5.all matched parts sizes should be measured, recorded and marked before blower is torn down to guarantee they can be fit together as before; 6.the oil tank of new blower or overhauled blower should be cleaned up and put into service as required. Tips: to replace all lubrication oil after operation.−

D. Grinding machine maintenance + D. Grinding machine maintenance:1. there should be professional operators to monitor the grinding machine when it is working. The operators should get professional training before contacting machine to learn the principles and functions and be familiar with the operating instruction. 2. for normal working condition of grinding machine, “equipment maintenance and safety operation regulations”should be made, meanwhile necessary inspection tools, lubricating grease and corresponded accessories should be prepared too. 3. the grinding machine should be inspected after it has been used for some time, meanwhile, the grinding ring, grinding rollers, blades and other vulnerable parts should be inspected and replaced too. The tightening condition of connection blots and nuts should be inspected before and after the using of grinding device; the lubricating grease level should be inspected and the refueling tool could be manual oil pump and grease gun. 4. when the grinding device works over 500 hours, it should be replaced and all antifriction bearings inside the roller shell should be cleaned up when replacing. 5. the separator can be adjusted according to material’s size, hardness, moisture content, proportion and required processing size, and its speed is in inverse proportion to required processing size. Fineness increases, the yield decreases. If requirements can not reached yet with the above adjustment, the blower speed should be adjusted. Users can control it flexibly. 6. scrap limitation of grinding roller and grinding ring: the remained wall thickness shouldn’t be less than 10mm. 7. when grinding machine is shut down, material feeding should be stopped firstly, the host should continue grinding for a minute, then the host motor and separator motor can be shut down, the blower should be shut down finally to blow the remaining powder clearly. −

B.Impact Crusher-Daily Maintenance+ B.Impact Crusher-Daily Maintenance:In order to guarantee normal working condition and long service life, users should conduct maintenance on crusher frequently.
1.The new machine should be inspected comprehensively after every utilization. Two weeks later, the machine could receive comprehensive inspection only once a month. The motors and lubrication condition should be inspected once a week and the inspection includes tightening of fixing parts, transportation of belt, sealing of bearing and power on and off condition. 2.The wearing condition of main components such as hammer plate, impact plate and liner should be inspected once a week and a system of maintenance and replacement should be established combining with inspection period. 3.The gap between rotor and impact plate can’t be adjusted when the rotor is rolling. If there are materials piled into blocks between impact frame and chassis, the impact is suggested to be lifted slightly before gap adjustment. In this way the stuck materials will get loose, which makes gap adjustment get easier. If the impact frame lifted not enough, one can pat (protected by a wood) the loose trolley. And the gap between the rotor and the impact plate could be completed by adjustment device. The specific adjusting method: first to loosen the screw yoke then to screw the long nut and this time the trolley will move in the arrow direction, and then to tighten the screw yoke after adjustment. And the gap size can be observed though the left and right doors in the machine frame. Users should know that all the above works need to be done after the machine has been shut sown in case of accident. −

C.Cone Crusher-Daily Maintenance+ C.Cone Crusher-Daily Maintenance:The key of maintenance of cone crusher hydraulic system is to keep the cleanness of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic oil. The hydraulic cylinder should adopt sealing type device equipped with proper hydraulic oil as required and please use similar hydraulic oil in stead of using oil mixture with other brand for any special situation where needs other hydraulic oils. When the hydraulic oil is added into hydraulic system, it should be filtered by clean oil filter and the oil should be added enough to fulfill all system pipes and components which should be cleaned up before fulfilling and meet required oil standard. During machine running, hydraulic oil quality should be inspected regularly to prevent water, dust or fiber things entering into the oil. Clean hydraulic oil makes the hydraulic system in good working condition.

A. Impeller maintenance + A. Impeller maintenance:1. impeller is a key component of sand-making machine as well as a vulnerable part. To protect impeller well and increase its stability can not only improve machine’s working efficiency but also extend machine’s utilization life. 2. looked through the input port, the impeller should rotate in anti-clockwise direction, otherwise the motor wiring position should be changed; materials should be evenly and continuously fed in with required size, otherwise impeller unbalance and wearing would be caused. 3. feeding should be stopped before machine shut down, otherwise, the impeller would be damaged; regular inspection of impeller wearing condition is necessary and replacement of worn impeller timely guarantees normal running.−

Materials at high speed impact with crushing cavity and other materials under impact of butt ends, and the main butt end would be easily worn by materials’ impact so that it should be replaced after a while otherwise not only the crushing efficiency but the rotor body would be affected and worn rotor body would affect its dynamic balance and cause main shaft broken, besides, it takes 5,000RMB to replace the butt ends, which causes a big loss of economy. Every set butt end contains 9 butt ends and the middle three ones always worn severely but in order not to affect the dynamic balance of rotor, all butt ends would be replaced together, which causes huge waste. Therefore, load adjustment on main butt end can extend butt ends’ service life. 2. Rotating speed is a significant factors for sand-making machine’s crushing quality and efficiency and service life but the the crushing efficiency not always increases with rotating speed and high speed rotating will increase main butt end’s wearing, which significantly affects sand-making machine’s service life. According to experiment data, when the rotor rotates at speed of 1400-1500r/min or 1600-1750r/min, the butt ends receive uniform forces and rotors can get a steady rotating speed range, realizing the goal of extending life. −

Notes on sand-making machine utilization:1. the normal running temperature for sand-making machine bearing box is 40-60℃ and the maximum permissible temperature is 70℃; half-an-hour-running later, if it is over 70℃, the bearing box may have some problems and the machine should be stopped and checked. 2. when sand-making machine operates with load, its feeding size shouldn’t beyond the maximum permissible size. 3. there usually is a 30-60s unequilibrium course during early feeding and in that case, material feeding should be added instead of being stopped till the shock is disappeared. When feeding materials are big, the machine will shock for seconds now and then and be back to normal status later. And do not nervous about such situation because it is normal which is caused by the situation where materials remain around some butt end forming material deposit and then deposited materials go down. 4. increasing shock during sand-making machine running shows that there may be uneven wearing between grinding component and rotor which results from unbalanced status caused by uneven rotor and deposited materials or loose taper sleeve of belt pulley. After the above reasons are excluded, the sand-making machine should be stopped for inspection; besides, users can set the shocking swift up installed in the sand-making machine, when it senses uneven shock, the machine should be stopped before equipment and human damage happens. 5. the wear parts of rotor are designed to protect rotor body from wearing. And in order to guarantee normal running of sand-making machine, the inspection for rotor wear parts and machine internal material lining should become routine and wear parts that can not meet a working shift should be replaced timely. After every 8-10 hours running, the rotor, internal and external sand-making machine should be inspected and lubricating grease should be added to the bearing box as well. 6. the motor electricity of sand-making machine should be inspected and excessive current will make the motor over loaded so that the motor electricity should be decreased till it is normal. −
