Bauxite is a kind of high quality fireproof material, it can also be used for aluminum smelting, and it is widely used in national defense, aviation, automobile, electric appliance, chemical industry and daily necessities. Our country is relatively rich in bauxite resources. There is a large number of bauxite resources in Guizhou, Guangzhou, Henan province. 

With the development of the native economy and the driven power of the county’s policy project for example security building, which cause a great demand for metal aluminum building and bauxite refractory materials. So the bauxite processing has quickly become a hot industry. However, the price of domestic bauxite is still on the high side, leading domestic bauxite processing enterprises to gradually introduce foreign bauxite resources and fill the market gap of domestic bauxite processing.

Under the hot situation of bauxite processing and bauxite processing, it is an effective way for domestic bauxite development and processing enterprises to reduce the processing cost of bauxite.High efficiency and advanced bauxite production technology and first-class bauxite processing equipment will be the key to success.

Project Details

This is a bauxite milling project- Shanxi lvliang EPC general contract project. It is the first time for our customer to get involved in ore milling area. Through multiple comparison and field visits, they finally choose our company as their business partner for that general mining machine with professional equipment and powerful strength. This project has been put into production line since April,2018. Currently, the whole production line with great operation. The quality and capacity of the finished production is fully satisfied with our customer. After run-in period, there is still a upside potential of 10%-15% for capacity.

Technical Process

Using existing sand car putting the raw material into the stock bin, the material is equably transported into the high suspension grinder, through grinding, some fine power that accord with the requirement are collected into the powder collector then lifted into the finished product stock through elevator. The whole process is closed-circuit system and operating under the high pressure and equip with pulse dust collector, all that ensure the product site is clear and tidy.
