Product Introduction
The demand of sand in China is more than 10 billion tons, and the industry scale is above 500 billion yuan. However, natural sand is in short supply and has rising price, high transport costs and large quality fluctuation, while traditional machine made sand is rough and angular, and has uneven grading, excessive impurities and poor performance. Facing the broad market demand, aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional process, TYM combines with advanced technology and research results at home and abroad and enriches sand process with efficient and economical grinding and powder selecting technology. Through the whole process of demonstration and experiment, TY aggregate optimization system is introduced. The system solves the production problem of high quality machine made sand with a new dry sand making solution, and creates new opportunities for the development of sand, cement, dry mixing and commercial mixing.
The system uses easy cheap tailing, waste, construction waste, stone chips and melon stone as raw materials and adopts environmentally friendly dry process to produce high quality machine made sand that can match natural sand. TY sand meets the sand standard of concrete, which can be used in supporting sand such as mixing plant, dry mixing mortar and cement factory,etc., supporting sand of aggregate mine and large construction project,etc. It can satisfy the huge demand of the market to high quality sand, and has favourable investment value which has won praise and market recognition from many parties.
Technical Process
The crushing system of gravel aggregate reproduces natural crushing, erosion friction and natural washing in the process of natural sand forming so as to improve the performance of finished sand with reasonable dry process. After raw materials within 15mm (can be easy cheap raw materials such as stone chips and melon stone,etc.) are disposed reasonably and efficiently, they can produce finished sand with reasonable grading, round grain shape and controllable amount of powder and dry clean high value-added stone powder that can be used for unified recycling (determine the range of applications according to raw materials).
It is recognized that the thickness of medium sand in the second zone is moderate, which is better grading of the concrete. In the common sand processing, the content of coarse sand and stone powder is big, the content of fine sand is low, and it doesn’t satisfy the grading requirement of medium sand in the second zone, which leads to large consumption of cement slurry and poor workability.
The crushing system of gravel aggregate can control the grading curve of sand in the secondary zone well. When the concrete is made of the same cement, the machine made sand produced by gravel aggregate optimization system can get higher strength, which can greatly meet the demand of various concrete and dry mortar to the sand.
The sand making raw material is transported to sand making machine by feeder. After the effect of crashing, friction, grinding and crushing between the material and board hammer, the satisfied finished sand will be transported to the mode screen for screening by belt conveyor. The materials that are in accordance with finished sand are sent directly to the dust removing and dust collecting system to screen the fine stone powder. The unsatisfied materials are sent to sand making machine for secondary crushing. The suitable molding materials are transported by belt conveyor to the humidification mixing station to concentrate on the final processing of high quality machine made sand.
