Product Introduction

   Bentonite, also called porphyry, amargosite, is a non-metallic mineral that is mainly composed of montmorillonite. Its hardness is 1~2 and belongs to soft non-metallic ore which can be initially crushed. The main measures of the quality of raw ore are generally montmorillonite content, the amount of methylene blue absorption and the colloid index. The chemical component of montmorillonite is（Al2，Mg3）Si4O10 OH2•nH2O. Since it has special properties such as swelling, adhesiveness, adsorption, catalytic, thixotropy, suspension and cation exchange, it is widely used in various industrial fields. It has been used in over 100 departments in over 24 fields of industrial and agricultural production abroad with more than 300 products, so people call it universal soil.

 Technical Process 

   Bentonite is all composed of mineral, jaw crusher and grinding mill can be used during processing. The technical process is as follows. Massive bentonite is crushed by jaw crusher, and it is transported to the transition stock bin by elevator after crushing. Then it is sent continuously to grinding chamber of the main engine uniformly and quantitatively by vibrating feeder for crushing. After grinding, the bentonite powder is blown up by the wind and graded by powder concentrator. The powders which meet the fineness are piped into a new type of isolated cyclone powder collector with airflow for separation and collection. The collected bentonite powder is sent to powder storehouse by conveying device from discharge hole for future use. The unqualified particles are separated by powder concentrator and then are thrown to cylinder wall. After falling down the wall, they will go back to the mill for grinding. The whole system is operating under negative pressure and the system dust will not overflow to ensure site cleaning.
