First, it is necessary to have professional personnel to guard the equipment to deal with emergencies and ensure the safety of equipment in the process of equipment operation.
Second, the material entering the mill must be carefully screened. If the metal is found in the feeding material, stop the mill immediately and remove it manually. Otherwise, it will cause serious damage to the grinding roller and grinding ring, and more seriously it may damage the star rack.
Third, the feeding should be uniform, not more or less. Overloading will block the wind tunnel, reduce the output and easily burn the motor. Feeding too little will not reach the expected output. The feeding size should meet the requirements of material hardness and mill. Do not allow materials that exceed the range to enter the mill.
Fourth, strictly control the water content of the material. If the water content is too large, it will not only affect the quality of the finished product, but also affect the output.
Fifth, air volume adjustment. Whether the wind is too large or too small, it will have an impact on the classifier, which will eventually lead to uneven fineness of the finished product and affect the quality of the product. The air volume control valve that is located in the fan inlet pipe is normally open to the maximum position, and can be adjusted according to the fineness and production requirement. The regulating valve that is located in the exhaust pipe of exhaust gas outlet can be set to in the position of the feeding mouth without dust ejection. The air volume is small and the fineness is high. However, it should be noted that if the air volume is too small, it is easy to deposit material in the air duct below the main engine. Please adjust it properly.
Sixth, regular maintenance. Check and replace the wearable parts such as grinding roller, grinding ring and shovel regularly. The driving part of the mill mainly uses rolling bearings, so it must be run in good lubrication condition and be lubricated regularly. Check whether the connection of the bolt and nut is tight. At the same time, we should pay attention to the changing time of grinding roller and ring.
Maintenance method is as follows: Fuel the main shaft on every shift. But you must pay attention to clean oil duct immediately and add 50 # machine oil if you find that there is no loss or too slow loss of the oil in the oil cup. The oil cup position is in the upper end of main shaft. Add 3 # lithium grease once on the main shaft base bearing and roller bearing with grease gun on every shift. Remove and clean classifier bearing once every six months, and add 3 # lithium grease. Add lithium grease on the fan bearing chamber. Repair and replacement problem about mill bearing is top priority.
Seventh, for grinding roller and grinding ring discard limit, the remaining minimum wall thickness shall not be less than 10mm.
Eighth, when stopping, stop feeding firstly, the host is still continue to grind the residual material. You can shut down the host motor and classifier motor to stop the grinding about a minute later. Then stop the fan motor, so that it can blow off residual powder.
