Project Background

Basalt is the best stone material for repairing road, railway and airport runway. With strong pressure resistance, low crushing value, strong corrosion resistance and good asphalt adhesion, it receives international recognition and is the best cornerstone of the development of railway and highway transportation. Mobile crushing and screening system equipment purchased by Uganda customer was mainly used for processing of kaolin ore. The size of raw material was within 200 mm, and output size was about 400 mesh, which could meet the needs of its industry. Through comparison of many mining enterprises at home and abroad, the customer finally chose to cooperate with Zhengzhou Tongyong Mining Machine Co., LTD. Through many negotiations, the customer finally agreed to purchase the full set of equipment including crushing, lifting and screening.

Outstanding Advantage

For the jaw crusher chose by this project, its big crushing ratio, uniform product granularity and low operation cost are preferred equipment for primary crushing. It adopts integrated diesel transmission system, and the whole machine is integrated. It simplifies the customer greatly. The site production technology combines equipment performance and customer site condition. The equipment covers a small area, and integrated diesel engine system ensure ease of operation and movement, which perfectly meets the project requirements of customer.

Technical Process

The whole crushing screening system is integrated. The top is jaw crusher, below is vibrating screen, and the bottom is the chassis and the tire. The whole machine is driven by a single diesel engine. The design is compact and three-dimensional, and can be moved. First, 100-200mm materials are crushed by jaw crusher, and then the material falls into the vibrating screen below, which can be used to separate out the material needed by the customer.
