Project Background

The sand screening machine is also known as dry sifting ship and gravel separator, which is suitable for the sand and stone separation equipment for river courses, reservoirs and coal mines. The 100 to 200 t/h mobile sand and stone screening system In Nepal is mainly used for sand separation production line of sand field. Because the sand field is large and the area is more remote, the technology department of General Mining Machinery has designed a mobile screening and separation system for customers in order to save cost, which perfectly satisfies the needs of customers.

Technical Process

First of all, the gravel material is shovelled into the stock bin by forklift, and materials in the stock bin are transported to the vibrating screen by uniform belt conveyor smoothly. After screening, the different materials of sand will be transported to the yard by relevant belt conveyor .

Project Advantage

1. Vibrating screen selected by the project adopts vibration motor excitation, rubber spring vibration, high wear-resisting material sieve plate, sealed box and other domestic and foreign advanced technology and self synchronous vibration principle. It has long service life, low noise and high screening efficiency. It is a vibrating screen equipment which is suitable for sinter, natural ore, coke and other powder material.

2. Belt conveyor and vibrating screen are movable and each part is independent and related to each other.

3. The whole screening system integrates feeding, screening and conveying. The machine is efficient, it can screen out all sorts of different size of sand one-time, and remove large pieces of stone. It satisfies large production needs of the construction industry, greatly saves labor costs and solves the problems of little manual work of foreign customers.
