Project Background The production line is located in an area where is sedimentary rock layer with iron and fine disseminated structures are the main structure, and its iron content is 13-17%. The concentrator has got over 67% high quality iron ore through adopting grinding-low intensity magnetic separation technology, and the recovery percent is 91% only in this technical process. According to client’s requirement, we adopted early abandoning and early recovering, staged grinding and separation process to get maximum profit for client. |

Technical Process Magnetic separation is in a dominant position on magnetic iron ore separation. Gravity separation, magnetic separation, flotation and roasting-magnetic separation method or joint processes are adopted for weakly magnetic lean iron ore; flotation process is directly used for strongly magnetic iron ore. |
