Project Background

The process of copper beneficiation line is relatively simple. Raw materials are crushed before the grinding by ball mill and the primary ground materials of 200 mesh take 50-70%; the whole process includes one roughing, two or three cleaning and one or two scavenging. And if the disseminated grain size of copper ore is relatively finer, staged grinding and separation flowsheet could be used. The primary grinding fineness is 200 mesh and qualified materials take 45-50%; the second-time grinding finess is 200 mesh and qualified materials take 90-95%.

Technical Process

The process of copper ore beneficiation contains three parts:

First, crushing process: it’s the basic process of ore crushing and grinding. Its purpose is to crush raw material into proper size that could be processed by following grinding machines.

Second, grinding process: materials are processed into smaller size for following flotation.

Third, floating process: it’s the key process for copper ore upgrading. Chemical reagent will be added to mixer for chemical reaction.

Copper ores are conductedthen crushed materials are cleaned and classified by spiral classifier, and then are separated by magnetic separator; after primary separation by magnetic separator, materials are deli coarse crushing by jaw crusher and impact crusher and after crushed into proper size, they are delivered into ball mill by elevator and feeder to be crushed further and ground; vered into flotation machine to get request ores; due to the materials contain much moisture so that they need processing by thickner and dryer and the final materials are requested dry product and its copper grade reaches to 45%.
